Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer (Stamping/ Cold Forging Process)

We are currently looking for a talent who is experienced in manufacturing process optimization to join us.

Job Responsibilities

Provide engineering support in achieving process optimization for Stamping/ Cold Forging Process

Redesign manufacturing processes by tooling modification and improvement

Work as a team with production specialist to improve machine OEE result

Perform 2D/3D simulation process to determine process capability/prediction to reduce trial & error mistake.

Perform 3D CAD construction to CF/STP Profile Punch and Die for complex shapes which cannot be done in 2D.

Job Requirements

Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Precision Engineering or related disciplines

Experience in metal stamping environment

Be able to work under tight deadline

Willing to perform overtime if needed.

Willing to travel oversea for support upon request.

Candidate with no working experience, is welcome to apply. on-job-training will be provided.

· Working Location: Bulim Walk (nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

· Mondays - Fridays: 8:00am to 5:30pm

· Uniform & Lunch provided

· Company transportation at various pickup points (Northern & Western areas of Singapore)
