Position Summary:

We are looking for a Temp Material Handler to support warehouse and material management operations in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The role involves handling, moving, and storing both non-hazardous and hazardous materials safely and accurately.

You will be responsible for loading/unloading goods, maintaining proper labelling and records, and ensuring deliveries and materials are processed according to company and regulatory requirements. This role is physically active, suitable for someone fit and hands-on, and comfortable working in a warehouse setting.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Check and verify incoming deliveries and items for accuracy.
  • Perform receipt and put-away of materials for storage in the warehouse.
  • Label inbound pallets with TF printed labels before storage.
  • File delivery and warehouse documents; prepare basic records and reports.
  • Perform picking and issuance of materials to production.
  • Conduct stock counts and inventory verification.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and BizSAFE requirements.
  • Carry out daily inspection of warehouse areas to ensure cleanliness and order.
  • Support other warehouse activities such as moving dummy loads for temperature mapping, and other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements:

  • Forklift License required (valid Singapore license preferred).
  • Prior experience in warehouse or material handling roles preferred.
  • Basic SAP or inventory system knowledge an advantage.
  • Physically fit and able to perform moderate manual handling.
  • Safety-conscious and able to follow SOPs and regulatory standards.

  • Working Location: Joo Koon (near MRT)
  • Industry: Pharmaceutical / GMP environment
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday (Office Hours 8am to 530pm)
  • PPE provided and training will be arranged.
