We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Perm 4 hours Phone Interviewers for corporate surveys.

This role offers flexibility with Monday to Friday shifts evening shift (5:30 PM to 9:30 PM).

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone surveys to collect data effectively.

  • Deliver excellent customer service during interactions.

  • Accurately input information into the system.

Requirements

  • Commit to a 4-hour daily shift (Mon-Fri, with weekends and public holidays off).

  • Availability for long-term part-time work.

  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejections professionally.

  • Passionate about engaging with customers over the phone.

  • Self-motivated and proactive in your approach to work.

Benefits

  • 14 days of annual leave (pro-rated).

  • 60 days of paid sick leave, including hospitalisation leave.

  • Medical coverage of up to $300 annually.

Location & Salary

  • Shift A = 1230pm to 430pm will be $1200 per month

  • Shift B = 530pm to 930pm will be $1600 per month

You can choose Shift A or Shift B fixed.
