Responsibilities

  1. Support Customer Support Manager and Business Development Directors on account matters
  2. Manage aftersales processes including sales quotations, follow-ups, and routine reporting (e.g., Customer Status, Monthly Sales)
  3. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally; ensure timely resolution with all stakeholders
  4. Maintain positive client relationships through regular communication
  5. Coordinate internally on job inductions, closures, and ad-hoc reporting
  6. Oversee shipping, invoicing, and logistics coordination
  7. Maintain accurate sales and customer data in ERP systems
  8. Liaise with OEM HQ on warranty claims, spares, agreements, and reporting
  9. Assist in planning and executing marketing events
  10. Ensure compliance with export controls, ethics, and internal policies
  11. Participate in 24/7 AOG hotline (rotation basis)
  12. Occasional travel required

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Minimum 2 years of Customer Support Experience
  • Experience in manufacturing is a plus
  • Advanced MS Office experience, SAP experience

  • Comfortable working under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Aviation industry
