We are a preloved luxury retail boutique and we are looking for a E-commerce & Customer Service Assistant to join our friendly & highly-effective team.

Job scope

  • Provide the day-to-day retail and e-commerce operations support, e.g. pick & pack orders, stock management, display shelf management etc.
  • Develop a good understanding on luxury fashion & advise our clients accordingly
  • Handle in-bound client enquiries via social media (Instagram, Email, WhatsApp etc.)

Requirements

  • Team player, willingness to learn, attention to detail, drive to constantly to improve oneself
  • Enjoy human interactions and build relationship with people
  • Interests in fashion & style
  • Experience in customer service, social media, photography, videography, content writing will be advantageous
  • Minimum commitment 2-3 days a week for 1 year. Must be able to work 1 weekend (Sat or Sun) each week. Our operational hours: 10AM-7PM.
  • Right to work in Singapore required. We are unable to sponsor work permit

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $ $16.00 per hour
