Are you an experienced recruiter or boutique agency owner ready to take the next step and co-own a recruitment business?

We're an emerging recruitment firm in Singapore, looking for a like-minded business partner to join us in building a high-impact, client-focused recruitment agency. This is more than a role — it's a chance to co-create, lead, and profit from your own vertical.

What You'll Do:

  • Co-build and manage your own recruitment team and business unit
  • Drive end-to-end recruitment and revenue generation for your accounts
  • Lead business development and key client relationships
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape strategy, operations, and growth
  • Share in the profits generated by your team and accounts
    Manage your own P&L

Who We're Looking For:

  • 5-8 years of recruitment experience (agency preferred)
  • Proven billing track record and strong client relationships
  • Leadership experience or ability to mentor and grow a team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and a drive for business ownership
    Passion for delivering exceptional talent solutions
