Full Stack Developer

Work Location: Downtown core, Singapore

Job Type: 2 Years Contract, subject to renewal

About the Role:

As a Full Stack Developer, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience from the front-end to the back-end of our digital platforms. We are in search of a multifaceted professional who can seamlessly integrate both client-side and server-side development.

Primary Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Development: Design, develop, and implement full-stack solutions, ensuring a seamless and interactive user experience across our digital platforms.
• Front-End Mastery: Craft intuitive and responsive user interfaces using the latest front-end technologies and frameworks.
• Back-End Excellence: Develop robust and scalable server-side applications, ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
• Security Protocols: Prioritize the security of both front-end and back-end components, implementing best practices to safeguard user data and system integrity.
• Quality Assurance: Adopt Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies, creating comprehensive tests for both client-side and server-side functionalities.
• Collaborative Development: Engage in code review sessions, providing and receiving constructive feedback to maintain the highest coding standards.
• Continuous Learning & Innovation: Stay updated with the latest trends in full-stack development, exploring new technologies and tools to enhance system capabilities.
• Ethical Coding Standards: Uphold the highest coding ethics, ensuring transparency, reliability, and integrity in all development processes.
• Project Reporting: Regularly report on project progress and status, ensuring stakeholders are kept informed of any developments or challenges.
• Time Management: Maintain accurate timesheets and attendance records, ensuring transparency and accountability in work hours.
• Remote Work: Possess the ability and discipline to work remotely, ensuring consistent communication and productivity regardless of location.
• Any other tasks and works as and when requested and assigned by the Company.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of project experience in full-stack development.

• Technical Proficiency:

• Strong expertise in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or

• Proficiency in backend using languages and frameworks like meteor in , ngrok in python, Ruby on Rails.
• Familiarity with mobile app development for platforms like iOS (Swift) and Android (Java, Kotlin) is a plus.

• Database Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server.

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, Cassandra, or Couchbase.

• API Development:

• Proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing RESTful APIs. Familiarity with GraphQL is a bonus.

• Cloud Platforms:

• Experience working with cloud services from providers like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Knowledge of cloud-native services such as AWS Lambda, Google Cloud Functions, or Azure Functions.

• Development Methodologies:

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).

• Familiarity with agile and Scrum methodologies, and tools like JIRA or Trello.
• Version Control & Collaboration: Proficiency with Git and platforms like GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.

• Security:

• Understanding of web and application security best practices, including OAuth, JWT, and other authentication and authorization methods.

• Performance Optimization:

• Skills in optimizing both frontend and backend components for performance, including caching, code splitting, and database optimization.

• Responsive Design:

• Experience in creating applications that work seamlessly across devices, from desktops to mobiles.
