About the role

Join our dynamic team at Aligne Studio Pte Ltd as a full-time Reformer Pilates Instructor based in the Pasir Ris East Region. Reformer Pilates is a core part of our boutique studio's offerings, and this role is crucial in delivering exceptional fitness and wellness experiences to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

1. Teach Reformer Pilates classes to individuals and small groups, guiding clients through safe and effective exercises
2. Provide personalised instruction and coaching to help clients achieve their fitness goals
3. Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the Reformer Pilates studio
4. Liaise with the studio management team to ensure class schedules and client bookings are effectively managed
5. Continuously expand your own knowledge and skills in Reformer Pilates and fitness instruction

What we're looking for

1. Strong background and experience in teaching Reformer Pilates, with recognised qualifications in Pilates instruction
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients of all fitness levels
3. Ability to provide safe and effective Reformer Pilates instruction, with a keen eye for detail and proper form
4. Passion for health, fitness and wellness, and a desire to help others achieve their goals
5. Flexible and adaptable to work within the studio's class schedule
