Job Summary:

  • Basic Salary: $3,000 to $3,400
  • Location: West
  • Working Days: 5.5 days work week
  • Working Time: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, and Saturday, 8:00am to 12:30pm

Job Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and screen study subjects, schedule appointments, and communicate study objectives clearly to participants.
  • Obtain informed consent, administer questionnaires, and follow up with study participants.
  • Collaborate with research teams, clinicians, and clinic staff to meet study requirements and deadlines.
  • Collect and manage research data, including extracting information from electronic health records.
  • Maintain study documentation and records in databases (e.g., Redcap) and ensure compliance with research protocols and regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate submissions for IRB applications, amendments, and annual reports, and prepare audit documentation.
  • Support clinical workflow setup for research recruitment and perform other duties as assigned by the Principal Investigator.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Public Health, Social Science, or a related field
  • Able and willing to travel to hospitals and external study sites as part of job responsibilities
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
