Job Overview

NLCS (Singapore) is seeking an enthusiastic, highly qualified, and committed Senior School Physics Teacher to join the department from August 2026. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a world-class international school that values scholarship, creativity, and intellectual curiosity.

The successful candidate will teach Physics across the Senior School (Grades 6 to 12), delivering a curriculum that promotes conceptual understanding, scientific thinking, and the application of knowledge to real-world contexts. A passion for the subject, excellent subject knowledge, and the ability to inspire students of all abilities are essential. Experience with international curricula, particularly the IB Diploma Programme, is desirable but not essential.

All members of staff at NLCS (Singapore) are expected to contribute to the wider life of the school through pastoral responsibilities, usually as a form tutor, and to take an active role in the co-curricular programme.
