Key responsibilities include:
- Configuring Archive Link and VIM Document types.
- Enhancing indexing screens and approval classes.
- Configuring the chart of authority and process options.
- Conducting feasibility studies and detailed analysis of existing processes.
- Setting up Archive link for scanning and storing invoice images.
- Enhancing Generic Object services for attachment management.
- Designing and developing PO & Non-PO Vendor Invoice Workflows.
- Implementing SAP Integration and VIM workflow triggers.
- Enhancing VIM Parking and block reason functionalities.
- Designing and implementing invoice approval processes.
- Preparing comprehensive functional and technical design documents.
- Creating configuration ale documents and enhancing approval classes.
- Crafting and executing test cases.
- Providing end-user and IT resource training.
