Sales And Marketing Specialist (Experiential Retail)

We are excited to bring a beloved global experiential retail brand to Singapore, offering people of all ages the chance to create personalized plush companions in a fun, interactive environment. We seek a driven Sales & Marketing Specialist with storefront retail experience, strong PR skills, and the ability to train and inspire frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute local sales and marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, foot traffic, and revenue in Singapore.
  • Plan and implement in-store promotions, community outreach, and digital campaigns tailored to the Singapore market.
  • Build relationships with media, influencers, and community partners to generate PR and boost brand visibility.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor, providing exceptional customer service and embodying the brand experience.
  • Undergo comprehensive training in all aspects of experiential retail, including operations, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
  • Train, coach, and motivate sales staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences and meet sales targets.
  • Create training materials and conduct workshops to ensure staff are equipped with best practices in sales, service, and storytelling.
  • Collaborate with management on store layout, merchandising, and event execution.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in retail sales, marketing, or brand activation, preferably in high-traffic, experiential, or family-focused environments.
  • Proven success in planning and executing marketing campaigns and PR initiatives.
  • Experience in training, coaching, or leading retail teams.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Creative, adaptable, highly organized, and passionate about delivering memorable customer experiences.
  • Knowledge of the Singapore retail landscape and consumer trends.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
