Technology Strategy and Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and implementation of technology and business strategies to achieve company objectives
- Manage and coordinate daily operational activities across different business units to ensure smooth project execution
- Utilize data analytics and reporting to monitor performance, identify trends, and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to improve workflows and enhance product delivery efficiency
- Conduct research on market trends and emerging technologies to support innovation initiatives
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures to improve operational consistency and compliance
- Prepare progress reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, risks, and opportunities
- Mentor and guide junior team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related fields
- Knowledge of big data analytics or AI-related projects
- Experience in digital product development or technology-driven operations
- At least eight years of relevant experience in technology strategy, operations, or project management, preferably in a technology-driven company.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with experience working across multifunctional teams
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
