Corporate Communications and Marketing Executive

1. Marketing & Branding

  • Assist in formulating and executing Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) strategies, including digital marketing, social media promotions, and email campaigns.
  • Plan and coordinate online and offline events (e.g. performances, workshops, exhibitions, seminars, events) to boost brand awareness and audience/student engagement.
  • Work with the design team to ensure marketing materials (brochures, ads, videos, etc.) meet brand guidelines.
  • Track market trends and monitor competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies and improve competitiveness.
  • Assist in other ad-hoc marketing and event needs.

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, website etc.), develop content calendars, and analyze engagement data.
  • Improve the company's visibility on search engines.
  • Create ads on social media to market events and performances
  • Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

3. Corporate Communications

  • Write and edit a variety of communication materials including press releases, executive speeches, corporate statements, and internal newsletters or reports.
  • Maintain media relations, coordinate interviews, press conferences, and PR events to enhance the company's visibility within the industry.
  • Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends; develop crisis communication plans to manage corporate reputation.
  • Manage the company website, social media, and corporate blog to ensure content is current and aligned with brand tone and messaging.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc duties as needed for events
Job Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or digital marketing (fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent written and editing skills in both English and Chinese (must be comfortable working in a bilingual environment).
    • Basic design skills (proficient in tools such as Canva and Adobe Photoshop).
    • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
    • Able to work independently and adapt to a fast-moving environment
