  • Perform feasibility study, concept design, front end engineering design (FEED) and detailed designs for civil & structural (C&S) works in industrial/energy related projects. The C&S design will cover foundation, substructure for storage tanks, pipe racks/sleepers/bridge, equipment plinths/foundation, underground pipeline culvert, drainage, sewerage, road infrastructures, superstructures for low-rise buildings/structures, etc.
  • Experience in power plant projects would be an added advantage

Requirements:

  • Preferably, honour degree in C&S Engineering from a recognised university and with at least 5 years of detailed design experience in civil & structural engineering projects.

  • Experience in marine facilities' design would be an added advantage.
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience in design of concrete and steel structures, drainage, sewerage and road works infrastructures
  • Candidate with more than 15 years of relevant experience will be considered for higher position
  • Conversant in Eurocodes, BS Codes, NFPA, API
  • Conversant with local authorities' requirement and submission
  • Able to perform feasibility study, conceptual, FEED and detailed design using commercial software, excel spreadsheet, etc.
  • Able to project manage assigned projects independently and possess strong presentation, communication and report writing skills
  • Good spoken and written English
