We are seeking a creative and versatile Graphic Designer who is not only skilled in visual design but also experienced in producing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. This role blends design, motion, and storytelling to create impactful visuals that resonate with our digital-first audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Graphic Design

  • Develop creative concepts, layouts, and assets for marketing campaigns, events, and brand communications.

  • Design digital and print collateral such as social media posts, banners, brochures, presentations, and event materials.
  • Ensure all visual content aligns with brand identity and campaign objectives.

  • Video Editing (TikTok/Instagram Style)

  • Edit and produce short-form videos optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other social platforms.

  • Apply trending transitions, effects, music, and captions to maximize engagement.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short, eye-catching clips.
  • Stay updated with platform trends, memes, and best practices for video storytelling.

  • Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with marketing, content, and social media teams to deliver timely creative assets.

  • Translate campaign briefs into compelling visuals and videos.
  • Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communications, or related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools (e.g., CapCut, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating both static designs and social-media-friendly video edits.
  • Familiarity with TikTok/Instagram aesthetics, editing trends, and storytelling formats.
  • Ability to balance creativity with attention to detail and brand guidelines.
  • Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience in motion graphics and animation (2D/3D).
  • Knowledge of UI/UX design principles for digital campaigns.
  • Basic photography/videography skills.
  • Interest in gaming, youth culture, or lifestyle trends (a plus).
