KITCHEN HELPERS for chicken rice section and wok section (Gross salary up to $3,200 per month)

Key Responsibilities

· Assist chefs in basic food preparation, such as washing, cutting, and portioning chicken, pork, fish, vegetables, and other ingredients.

· Help with plating chicken rice dishes, soups, and sides during peak hours.

· Prepare sauces, condiments, and garnishes according to set recipes or instructions.

· Ensure all kitchen equipment, tools, and work areas are kept clean, sanitized, and in good working condition.

· Wash and clean dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment after use.

· Receive and store food supplies properly, ensuring FIFO (First In, First Out) rotation.

· Dispose of kitchen waste properly and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

· Assist with stocking up ingredients and restocking stations during service.

· Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.

Requirements

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

·       Willingness to learn and follow kitchen procedures and hygiene standards.

·       Team player with a positive attitude.

·       Physically fit to handle kitchen duties (lifting, standing for long hours, etc.).

·       Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

·       Holds a valid Food Hygiene Certificate
