1.Provide direction and lead the development of testing strategies for all testing phases, including methods, scope, and tools based on project requirements and risks. Ensure all testing requirements and environmental tools are implemented.
2. Monitor the defect handling process and ensure understanding between development and testing teams.
3. Measure and monitor progress during the testing process to validate the solution according to the plan and scope. Ensure compliance with testing standards, guidelines, and methodologies.
4. Review testing deliverables (e.g., test scenarios, automation scripts, data) to ensure quality and consistency with the testing strategy and plan.
5. Coordinate with relevant parties to perform change management activities.

Required skill:

1. At least 7 years of experience as a Test Lead in IT system development projects in finance and/or banking.
2. At least 2 years working in Agile development teams.
3. Participated in at least one (01) digital banking solution project for corporate customers as a Test Lead in a large financial institution or bank (*).
