Job Responsibilities

  1. Business Planning and Revenue Generation

  2. Support the development and execution of targeted strategies to enhance revenue streams in order to meet sales objectives and support footfall targets

  3. Oversee the detailed planning of commercial events and spaces, including processes, ensuring alignment with financial goals and strategic objectives
  4. Manage the sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and adjust tactics to ensure sales targets are achieved
  5. Drive initiatives to boost event sales and utilisation of event spaces through strategic outreach, marketing campaigns, and relationship cultivation

  6. Business Development

  7. Utilise market research and data analysis to identify new markets, partnership opportunities, and revenue channels to expand NS Square's client base

  8. Support negotiations with key clients and partners to secure favourable agreements and foster longterm collaborations
  9. Identify emerging trends and potential business avenues to enhance growth and market presence
  10. Develop, market, and manage commercial IP events and offerings that are revenue generating and unique to business
  11. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and strategies that align with objective

  12. Key Account and Partnership Management

  13. Build and sustain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to maximize satisfaction and revenue opportunities

  14. Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with industry influencers, sports organisations, sponsors, local businesses, and other strategic partners
  15. Collaborate with partners to co-create promotional activities, co-hosted events, and sponsorship opportunities that align with growth objectives
  16. Conduct regular reviews with key accounts to evaluate performance, address concerns, and explore growth avenues

  17. Tenancy & Property Management

  18. Oversee tenancy management and contractual agreements to optimise space utilization and support commercial expansion

  19. Oversee contract negotiations for retail leasing and tenancy agreements, ensuring favourable terms that maximize revenue while adhering to policies and standards
  20. Identify and attract suitable tenants that align with strategic objectives, brand values, and community focus
  21. Evaluate potential tenants based on their business model, growth potential, and compatibility with the overall ecosystem to support long-term success
  22. Collaborate with tenants to identify opportunities for business expansion within precinct, such as new store openings, service offerings, or partnership initiatives
  23. Monitor lease agreements and tenant performance to maximize profitability and community engagement

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or a related field
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience
  • Proven experience in commercial sales, partnership development, contract management and property management within entertainment, sports or retail sectors
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously to define and implement solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and negotiate to achieve desired outcomes and build positive relationships
  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore market dynamic in the events industry

  • Mondays to Fridays : 9.00AM to 6.00PM
