We're looking for passionate, hands-on individuals to join us as Balloon Stylists & Fulfilment Executive — a key role that brings our product magic to life. If you love working with your hands, enjoy creative arrangements, and want to be part of a fun and fast-moving team, this could be your next step.

What You'll Do
  • Style and prepare balloon orders according to customer customisations and campaign themes
  • Inflate, layer, arrange, and finish balloons (including ribboning, tying, and weight prep)
  • Ensure all balloon pieces are packed securely and beautifully for delivery or pickup
  • Assist with product photoshoots and styling setups for our online store and social media
  • Support fulfilment tasks: packing parcels, labelling, and preparing accessory items
  • Participate in stock unpacking, sorting, replenishment, and basic warehouse upkeep
  • Work with the styling and design team to ensure quality, timeliness, and visual consistency
  • Guide and mentor part-time team members during high-volume periods
  • Occasionally assist with on-site installations or event setups when needed
Who We're Looking For
  • No prior balloon experience required — we'll train you in our Give Fun styling method
  • Hands-on, practical, and have an eye for balance, neatness, and color
  • Strong attention to detail and care in working with delicate materials
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during festive seasons
  • Punctual, reliable, and collaborative — we work as a team here
  • Comfortable with physical tasks (standing, lifting boxes, light warehouse work)
  • Bonus: Experience in crafts, floral work, visual merchandising, or events
