Job DescriptionWe are seeking a meticulous and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, ensuring accurate billing, revenue recognition, and timely collection to support the company's financial operations.

Responsibilities:


• Perform the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable functions, including daily operations and month-end closing activities such as sales reporting and revenue recognition.


• Check and monitor incoming funds from banks, ensuring daily update of receipt entries.


• Maintain and update customer master records regularly.


• Monitor Accounts Receivable aging reports closely and follow up on outstanding accounts via phone calls and email reminders.


• Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Operations, etc.) to verify billing details and resolve discrepancies.


• Apply and update credit insurance status; report default payments when necessary.


• Handle Accounts Receivable factoring processes.


• Check and verify monthly staff claims for HR reimbursement processing.


• Perform full set of accounts closing for small legal entities.


• Attend to queries from external auditors.


• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:


• Diploma in Accounting, Finance and related field


• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable with general accounting knowledge; experience in Export GST will be an advantage.


• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (experience with Oracle NetSuite will be an added advantage).


• Good communication skills; proficiency in both English and Mandarin will be an advantage.


• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and accurate in work.


• Able to work independently and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
