About the role

We are seeking a skilled Bending Machine Operator to join our team in the Woodlands. As a full-time member of our manufacturing operations, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and high-quality production of our engineering products.

What you'll be doing

  1. Operating bending machines to shape and form metal components according to specifications
  2. Reading and interpreting technical diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions
  3. Setting up and adjusting machines to achieve the required bend angles, radii, and tolerances
  4. Monitoring machine performance and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality and productivity
  5. Performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting on bending machines
  6. Collaborating with the production team to identify and implement process improvements
  7. Maintaining accurate records of production data and machine performance

What we're looking for

  1. 0-2 years of experience operating bending machines in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  2. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work orders, and other production documentation
  3. Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  4. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work
  5. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow safety protocols
  6. Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems

5.5-day work week (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm)

Willing to work overtime.
