Vice President, Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be part of the AI and Data team, leading the business analysis function for AI/GenAI and data initiatives. This role is pivotal in bridging business needs with AI capabilities, ensuring that solutions are aligned with strategic goals and deliver measurable value. The Lead Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders across business and technology domains to define requirements, assess feasibility, and guide the development of AI-driven and data-driven solutions

Job Requireme**

• ntsMinimum of 10 years of experience in business analysis, solution design, or product management within the IT indust
• ry.Minimum 3 years' experience working with AI/ML and data technologies, including GenAI, NLP, and predictive analyti
• cs.Experience in leading AI-related business initiatives from ideation to implementati
• on.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related fie
• ld.Experience in banking, financial services, or regulated industries is preferr
• ed.Good understanding of AI/ML concepts, data lifecycle, and model deployme
• nt.Familiarity with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python (basic), and cloud platforms like Azure or A
