We are seeking a reliable and physically fit General Worker to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our daily production operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and in compliance with safety standards. This position is ideal for individuals who are hands-on, meticulous, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with the setup and operation of machinery and production equipment.
- Perform tasks related to product assembly, packaging, and sorting.
- Conduct basic quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards.
- Handle and move raw materials and finished goods within the production floor.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist with other ad-hoc duties as required by the production supervisor.
- No prior experience is required; on-the-job training will be provided.
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor, including standing for long periods and lifting moderate to heavy loads.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- A positive attitude and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
