Job description:
Job Description
Set up a pulse laser deposition and optimise it for the deposition of single-crystal high-k oxides and other metal chalcogenides. Devices based on these materials shall be fabricated and tested.
Qualifications
- PhD degree (The candidate should receive PhD degree no later than 30-Sep-2025)
- Strong communication skills, motivation in scientific research, and experience in writing scientific papers are required.
- Recent Ph.D. and postdocs with experience of PLD systems.
- Transistor device fabrication experience is also a plus.
- Applicants must have good publications in the field of 2D materials.
