Job Responsibilities

  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, calibration, commissioning, validation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance/calibration
  • Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Utilising the escalation process to resolve customer service delivery issues.
  • Identifying and participating in sales opportunities such as new contracts or contract renewals
  • Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within the assigned area.
  • Small project management communication and organization skill with internal team and customer.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Candidate should be Electrical /Electronic/ Mechanical trained with qualifications from polytechnics or relevant institutions.
  • Possess minimum 2 years of relevant working experience/ Candidates with limited working experience will also be considered.
  • Skill for refrigeration system repair/service (cold room /cooling units)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customer concerns.
  • Possess a valid driver's license 2/3
  • Should have basic level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Candidates are required to perform outdoor servicing of equipment and work in warm/humid environment.

Working Conditions

  • Working in the area of laboratories, schools, and hospitals.
  • Outdoor work environment depending on equipment location at customer's site.
