Investment Analyst

Job Title: Investment Analyst – Family Office

Location: Singapore

About Us:

We are a family office with diverse global investment interests across multiple geographies and industries. Our portfolio spans agriculture, real estate, consumer sectors (including maternal & infant industry), and other opportunistic investments. We are seeking a versatile and curious Investment Analyst to support our research and investment activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis on global markets, industries, and geographic regions.

Review and synthesize industry reports across agriculture, real estate, consumer/maternal & infant industries, and other sectors of interest.

Perform company-specific analysis, including financial performance, strategic positioning, and competitive benchmarking.

Build and maintain financial models to support investment decision-making (valuation, scenario analysis, forecasting, etc.).

Monitor market developments, economic trends, and regulatory changes relevant to investments.

Prepare clear, concise investment memos and presentations for principals and decision-makers.

Collaborate with external advisors, consultants, and partners to gather insights and validate assumptions.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Social Sciences, Pure Sciences, or related field. Advanced degree or CFA is a plus.

2–4 years of professional experience in research, investments, industry analysis, or related fields (investment banking/consulting background welcome but not required).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly learn and adapt to new industries and markets.

Solid knowledge of financial modelling and valuation techniques.

Excellent command of English (required); proficiency in other languages is an advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.

Self-starter, resourceful, and comfortable working independently.

Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global investment opportunities.

2–4 年相关工作经验,包括研究、投资、行业分析等(欢迎但不限于投行/咨询背景)。

具备较强的分析与解决问题能力,能够快速学习并适应不同产业与市场。

具备财务建模及估值分析基础知识。

优秀的 英语能力(必需),掌握其他语言者优先。

具备良好的书面与口头表达能力,能够清晰传达复杂观点。

独立主动、资源整合能力强,能在有限指导下独立完成任务。
