Singapore Bedtribe Pte Ltd Full time $12,000 - $24,000 per year

In this hybrid role, you'll be the face of Bedtribe, providing excellent customer service and driving sales, while also managing order fulfillment to ensure smooth operations. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment and contribute to the success of a growing brand.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Greet and assist customers in-store and online, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Bedtribe's product offerings to educate customers about features and benefits.
  • Drive sales by meeting and exceeding targets through exceptional service and product knowledge.
  • Handle inquiries through various channels (email, social media, or phone) and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Order Fulfillment and Operations:

  • Process online and in-store orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Pack and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring they meet Bedtribe's quality standards.
  • Manage inventory by updating stock levels and coordinating with the team for restocking needs.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in both the store and fulfillment areas.

Additional Duties:

  • Assist with merchandising and display setups to maintain an inviting store environment.
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as promotions or events, when required.
  • Provide feedback on customer preferences and operational processes to improve services and drive growth.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience in retail sales, customer service, or order fulfillment is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Familiarity with basic inventory or order management systems is an advantage.
  • Physically capable of performing tasks such as packing and lifting light-to-moderate packages.
