Play a key role in driving growth and innovation in Programme Management - Cash as a Programme Management Intern. As part of the Emerging Business team in Global Commercial Banking, you'll contribute to the critical function of programme management, driving business outcomes and process improvements. You'll develop your skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement while working closely with experienced professionals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be a detail-oriented individual with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be able to work closely with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks effectively. Your ability to communicate effectively with individuals at various levels will be crucial in building relationships and driving results.
What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Regional Programme Management team in conducting market scans of product offerings across the region and analysing customer needs through research and market surveys
- Conducting detailed analysis to identify customer segments and develop product drivers to enable customers to Buy, Sell, and Operate via OCBC
- Focusing on sharpening account product constructs, TTFX, and Business Debit Card
- Working closely with Sales, Legal and Compliance, Marketing, and Global Transaction Banking in the product/process launch cycle from ideation to marketing of solutions
- Automating and enhancing reporting for ongoing projects and key drivers as part of management updates
- Collaborating with IT and Global Transaction Banking to manage system issues and enhancements

Who you are
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree
- Strong understanding of the SME banking landscape
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and basic data analytics
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This internship will provide you with:
- Exposure to programme management in a commercial banking environment
- Development of project management, data analysis, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Opportunities to improve analytical and problem-solving skills through market research and product development
- Familiarity with product lifecycle management and product development processes
- Hands-on experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and loan origination systems
