With a strong focus on security, compliance, and operational efficiency, it ensures the safe transportation and handling of valuables across local and international markets.

They are seeking a passionate IT Specialist to join their big family. This role involves supporting in-house systems and managing basic databases while assisting the IT Manager in daily operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and support in-house systems, including basic database administration and user access management
  • Assist the IT Manager in day-to-day IT operations and troubleshooting
  • Provide software and hardware implementation support, ensuring smooth deployment and usage of IT products and services
  • Conduct user training on equipment usage and IT best practices
  • Drive system process improvements and implement workflow enhancements
  • Oversee IT inventory management, including tracking and maintenance of assets
  • Evaluate IT products and assist in procurement decisions where required
  • Ensure IT security protocols and audit compliance are consistently maintained
  • Manage CCTV and security systems, ensuring proper functionality and integration with IT infrastructure
  • Collaborate with global IT teams to implement regional initiatives, resolve production issues, and handle administrative matters

Requirements:

  • Diploma in IT or Degree in Engineering/Telecommunication/Electronics or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft products; hands-on experience essential
  • Experience in in-house systems support and basic database management (logistics industry preferred)
  • Knowledge of system implementation, project management, and electronic engineering
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive team player
  • Comfortable interacting with end-users and handling challenges
  • Exposure to IT audits and SOX compliance is an advantage
