Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and propose integrated marketing plans and ideas for new campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives (online, offline, and mobile).
  • Execute marketing activities across retail, digital, and event channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of campaigns and delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in writing and presenting marketing proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign performance reports.
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI with suggestions for improvement.
  • Support trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, POSMs, and visual merchandising.
  • Maintain marketing inventory and ensure proper distribution of materials.

  • Assist in event planning and coordination.

  • Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management.

Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, or startup environments.
  • Experience in writing marketing proposals and preparing campaign presentations is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM) is an advantage.
  • Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic skills in design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus.
  • Passion or knowledge in gaming or consumer tech is an added advantage.
