  • Record all stock movements accurately in the inventory system
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials according to category and safety requirements.
  • Issue materials, tools, and equipment to internal staff, contractors, or technicians upon request, ensuring proper documentation.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist in monthly or annual inventory audits.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or stock shortages
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse or storage area at all times.
  • Coordinate with logistics or transport teams for material deliveries or collections to/from sites.
  • Ensure adherence to workplace safety procedures and safe handling of materials.
