Position: eQuality Project Manager

Industry: Semiconductor Manufacturing (Multinational Corporation)

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage eQuality projects to ensure alignment with corporate quality strategy and global standards.
  • Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of digital quality systems (e.g., eQMS, compliance tools, CAPA, audit systems).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Production, Quality, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with across manufacturing operations.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring they are completed within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
  • Track and report on project progress, risks, and issues to senior management and global stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new quality processes, digital tools, and best practices.
  • Act as the key point of contact between global headquarters and local sites for all eQuality initiatives

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
  • 5–8 years' experience in quality management, project management, or manufacturing systems implementation, preferably within an MNC.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) , regulatory requirements, and digital transformation in manufacturing.
  • Proven experience leading system or process improvement projects (preferably eQMS or MES-related).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP/Prince2 or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt certification is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work in a multicultural and global environment .
