As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key leadership role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly, team performance stays high, and customers receive top-notch service. You'll also work closely with management to implement store strategies and drive commercial results.

  • Oversee stockroom organization and timely product replenishment
  • Implement loss prevention measures and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail or supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Customer-first mindset with ability to motivate and lead a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
