Job Details :

  • Tanjong Pagar/ HarbourFront Area
  • Oct - 31st Dec 2025 (Can extend to 31st Mar - if all is good)
  • 3-5 days as assigned by manager - Cannot choose (Add note into checklist)
  • 8-9 hours from 9.45am - 7pm

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in the coordination of exhibitions and museum programs
  • Provide services and engage the visitors, schools, and groups
  • Support front-of-house duties including ticketing, information services, and crowd management
  • Engage with visitors to enhance their understanding and appreciation of contemporary art
  • Monitor gallery spaces to ensure the safety of artworks and visitors
  • Ensure adherence to museum policies and uphold service standards

Job Requirements:

  • Prior experience in customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and public engagement skills
  • Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and during exhibition periods
  • A team player who is adaptable, proactive, and service-oriented
  • Willing to travel offsite - Outside deployment (Woodlands, Jurong and Tampines)

Salary Details:

  • $11/Hour on Weekdays & Weekends | PH Double Pay - $22/Hour
