Singapore A Better Co Pte. Ltd. Full time $40,000 - $60,000 per year

You'll be responsible for converting warm leads provided through our trusted banking partner. This is a performance-driven role where your communication skills and product knowledge can directly impact your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to potential customers referred by our banking partner.
  • Promote and sell a range of general insurance products (motor, health, travel, home, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy details.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Proven telesales or customer service experience (insurance/banking experience is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Basic knowledge of general insurance products is desirable.
  • Comfortable working with CRM and telecalling systems.
    High level of integrity and customer focus.

Salary package:

Basic + Monthly Incentives + Monthly KPI allowance
