About the Job

SUSS Academy at the Singapore University of Social Sciences is dedicated to promoting profession-centric and career-ready education and training for Singapore's workforce. Our mission is to offer inclusive, immersive, and in-employment education through continuing education and training (CET) programmes that provide upskilling and reskilling opportunities to adult learners.

What You Will Be Doing

Course, Workshop and Programme Administration

  • Support CET programmes, projects and workshops and liaise with external partners and government agencies on course and programme related matters
  • Work with faculty members, trainers, course writers and developers to coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of certification programmes and projects.
  • Liaise with internal departments on course and workshop logistics and schedules
  • Coordinate and support student recruitment activities, interviews and roadshows/exhibitions
  • Attend to CET related queries via phone and the CRM system
  • General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates, etc

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 1-3 years, preferably with some marketing experience
  • Meticulous and possess high level of discretion and integrity
  • Good project management, verbal and communication skills
  • Resourceful team player who is able to work independently and display initiative
  • IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
