About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and self-motivated video creator to manage and expand the personal social media presence of our CEO. This is a freelance, flexible-hours role — perfect for someone who enjoys creating content, understands social media trends, and wants the freedom to work independently while building a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm and propose creative content ideas tailored for the CEO's personal brand.

  • Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts.

  • Stay updated with the latest trends, formats, and hooks to keep content fresh.

  • Suggest new directions for brand storytelling and audience engagement.

  • Manage posting schedule and ensure consistent updates.

  • Track basic performance of videos and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

  • Passion for video creation and social media.

  • Proficient in editing software (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

  • Strong sense of creativity and initiative — able to work with minimal supervision.

  • Good communication skills, comfortable working directly with leadership.

  • Poly students/diploma holders in Media, Design, Marketing, or related fields are welcome.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous experience managing personal or brand social accounts.

  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).

  • Interest in branding and storytelling.
