Responsibilities

  • Create, format, and prepare final artwork using Adobe InDesign and related design software

  • Layout and typeset content for brochures, name tags, labels, ID cards, packaging, and other print/digital materials

  • Work with layers and templates to ensure designs meet print and production specifications

  • Perform pre-print checks and prepare artwork for digital and thermal printing

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and production teams to align output with brand and quality standards

  • Edit and revise existing artwork based on feedback or updated requirements

  • Manage multiple design projects concurrently under tight deadlines

  • Troubleshoot artwork issues related to fonts, resolution, color modes, and bleed/crop marks

  • Operate digital print equipment and liaise with printing vendors as required

  • Coordinate with printing operators to ensure accurate and timely production

  • Archive artwork and maintain organized digital file storage

  • Stay informed on printing technologies and updates in design software

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a DTP Artist or in a similar creative role

  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

  • Solid understanding of digital and traditional print processes

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

  • Ability to follow brand guidelines and adhere to design standards

  • Good communication skills, especially when coordinating with production teams

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team

  • Experience with variable data printing (VDP) or Fiery Command WorkStation is a plus

Job Details

  • Salary: Up to SGD 3,000/month Variable Bonus

  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM;

    Saturday, 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (5.5-day workweek)
