Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Veterinary Technician/Nurse to join our team As a Veterinary Technician/Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our furry patients and their owners. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced veterinary professionals in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting veterinarians during examinations, procedures, and treatments
- Performing routine laboratory tests, such as blood work and urinalysis
- Preparing and administering medications
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Providing exceptional customer service and educating pet owners on animal health and care
- Monitoring and caring for hospitalised patients
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
What we're looking for
- Minimum 'N' Level certificate and above.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both clients and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to animal care
- Proficiency in using veterinary equipment and software
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures
