About the role

We are seeking an experienced and talented Bartender to join our team at Craig Road Property Holdings Pte. Ltd. in the Outram Central Region. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages to our customers in a full-time capacity.

What you'll be doing

  1. Preparing and serving a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
  2. Mixing and creating unique cocktail recipes to enhance the customer experience
  3. Maintaining a clean and organised bar area, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly sanitised
  4. Providing exceptional customer service, anticipating customer needs and making recommendations
  5. Adhering to all relevant health, safety, and licensing regulations
  6. Assisting with inventory management and stock control
  7. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure a seamless and efficient bar operation

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a similar high-volume, fast-paced environment
  2. Thorough knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, wines, and other beverages
  3. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  4. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
  5. Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) or equivalent
  6. Flexible working hours, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
