Job Scope:

Automotive Mechanic

  • Carry out maintenance servicing and repair of motor vehicles
  • Conduct diagnostic checks, troubleshooting, automatic transmission and engine overhaul
  • Perform quality checks and road tests on vehicles
  • Liaise with Service Advisors on service/repairs-related matters
  • Provide support to customer service and workshop
  • Maintain facilities and equipment of the workshop
  • Any other or ad-hoc assignments by the Workshop Manager

Car Wireman/ Accessories Installer

  • Install a variety of automotive accessories, including dashcams, tailgates, suction doors, infotainment head units, parking sensors, blind spot systems, and car alarms.
  • Handle audio system installations such as DSP units, amplifiers, woofers, and ambient lighting.
  • Perform repair, servicing, and maintenance works for Continental and Japanese vehicles (majority Continental).
  • Diagnose and rectify faults, perform troubleshooting and necessary repairs to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Ensure all installations and repairs are performed accurately and efficiently, maintaining high workmanship standards.
  • Support lead installers and supervisors in daily assignments at project sites.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company safety and quality procedures.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Vocational Diploma or Short Course Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in automotive industry will have added advantage
  • Own transportation (car or motorcycle) preferred; travel allowance provided.
