Job Description:

  • Assist M&E Engineer in site supervision and inspections with consultants and RTO.
  • Supervise M&E works on site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and monitor work progress to meet project timelines.
  • Handle external and integrated services works, including ERSS coordination.
  • Identify and resolve site discrepancies with other trades.
  • Conduct regular meetings with subcontractors and manage a team of general workers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and local codes of practice.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Main Contractor in project management and/ or site coordination works for building or civil projects.
  • Building Construction Safety Supervisors Course.
