about the job

We are currently looking to hire a Visual Merchandiser & Designer to join the dynamic marketing team You'd be responsible for the visual merchandising presentation and also be involved in designing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain seasonal, promotional, and thematic visual merchandising across all retail and dining outlets.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial and operations teams to develop and roll out strategic store layouts and merchandising displays that optimize shopper engagement and visibility.
  • Oversee the development and upkeep of graphic assets for in-store displays, digital signage, menus, posters, and promotional materials to effectively showcase products and reinforce brand messaging.
  • Support the implementation of seasonal campaigns, promotional activations, and new store openings through engaging and strategic visual storytelling.
  • Adapt and localize global brand guidelines to suit varying store formats and audience profiles across markets.
  • Monitor and manage visual merchandising (VM) budgets, ensuring spend remains within approved limits.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.

skills and experience required

  • You should ideally have 2 years of visual merchandising experience within the F&B or retail sector.
  • Able to work independently and function in a dynamic working environment
