Role Purpose

The purpose of the role is to create exceptional architectural solution design and thought leadership and enable delivery teams to provide exceptional client engagement and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot workflows to ensure folders and
  • documents are processed correctly
  • Develop workflows for document generation, Approvals, XML Merging, etc.
  • Monitor application performance
  • Standardize and clean-up previous folder hierarchies
  • Day-to-day application administration such as access, configuration, retriggering
  • workflows, etc.
  • Work with Meta application manager to implement privacy and retention rules

Qualifications

  • Experience with Docusign CLM system administration
  • Experience with creating and maintaining advanced Docusign CLM workflows
  • and document generation
  • Experience with C# snippet coding within DocuSign Workflows
  • Knowledge and experience with Docusign CLM security models, access, and
  • best practices for privacy/security
  • Experience configuring integrations with 3rd party systems such as SFDC or
  • Workday
  • Knowledge of SFDC is a plus

Mandatory Skills: Icertis CLM .

Experience: 8-10 Years .
