We are partnering with a MNC hiring for a Project Manager. As you will need to liaise directly with stakeholders and counterparts based in Indonesia, Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesian (Minimum UKBI - Istimewa grade)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Director to oversee Indonesia operations, including scope of finance & accounting, general factory management etc.
  • Lead the preparation of financial closing processes, ensure reliable, accurate and timely reporting of financial accounts closing.
  • Review and manage tax-related documentation and work of the department
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and consultants for the preparation of statutory reports and submission
  • Ensure statutory, regulatory and tax compliance
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to Management on financial analysis of financial performance
  • Manage organization management reporting and budgeting functions.
  • Deliver effective business partnering with internal business units on financial accounting, contract and vendor management matters
  • Identify opportunities and gaps to improve cost efficiency and cost reduction.

Requirements

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance or Business Management
  • Prior experience in a manufacturing industry is highly desirable
  • Proficient (written and spoken) in ENGLISH and BAHASA Indonesia to communicate with associates & business stakeholders in Singapore and Indonesia to ensure accuracy of information.
  • As you will need to liaise directly with stakeholders and counterparts based in Indonesia for all the following responsibilities, proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia. UKBI - Istimewa grade is required
