About the Roles

We are seeking an Interior Designer to join our team at a furniture wholesaler located in Ubi, just a short walk from the MRT. This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to SGD 3,500, with a 5.5-day workweek (Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Saturday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM). As an Interior Designer, you will play a key role in transforming client visions into functional, stylish, and high-quality interiors.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Understand client goals, preferences, and requirements to create tailored design solutions.
  • Conduct site visits and prepare design briefs and proposals.
  • Conceptualize and develop design ideas, themes, and layouts.
  • Create design drawings, mood boards, 3D visualizations, and select materials.
  • Ensure that designs align with the company's capabilities in furniture supply and renovation.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and project timelines.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Oversee renovation and installation processes on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
  • Ensure that designs meet Singapore's building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum ITE qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in interior design or renovation projects.
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furnishings, and lighting is a plus.
