We are seeking a highly skilled DevSecOps Lead to drive the implementation of secure, scalable, and efficient DevOps practices while ensuring robust deployment and operations management. This role will be responsible for integrating security into the development lifecycle, overseeing infrastructure automation, managing server monitoring, and ensuring operational excellence through proactive housekeeping and maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design, implement, and manage DevSecOps processes, ensuring security best practices are embedded into the CI/CD pipeline.

● Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and application deployment using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.

● Establish and maintain security policies, vulnerability assessments, and compliance monitoring for cloud and on-premise infrastructure.

● Oversee server monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and proactive incident response.

● Manage system housekeeping tasks, including patching, log rotation, performance tuning, and resource optimization.

● Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to drive continuous improvements in deployment speed, reliability, and security.

● Conduct regular security audits, penetration tests, and risk assessments to identify and remediate vulnerabilities.

● Implement robust backup and disaster recovery strategies to ensure business continuity.

● Provide technical leadership in troubleshooting and resolving production issues efficiently.

● Stay updated on emerging DevSecOps trends, tools, and security threats to continuously enhance the organization's security posture.

Requirements:

● Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, IT security, or infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

● Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins, ArgoCD) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

● Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation).

● Solid understanding of security frameworks, including OWASP, NIST, and CIS benchmarks.

● Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, or ELK Stack.

● Proficiency in scripting and automation using Bash, Python, or PowerShell.

● Strong knowledge of network security, firewalls, IAM, and access control mechanisms.

● Experience managing server operations, patching, and system health monitoring.

● Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
