Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the Student Care Centre, ensuring a safe, caring and positive learning environment for all students.
• Lead, mentor and motivate the teaching and care team to deliver engaging bilingual programmes (English & Chinese).
• Plan and implement termly activities, holiday programmes and enrichment events.
• Build strong relationships with parents, students and external stakeholders.
• Manage student enrolment, achieve centre targets and ensure operational excellence.
• Handle administrative matters such as finance tracking, GIRO, and Student Care Fee Assistance (SCFA) documentation.
• Prepare regular reports to management on enrolment, staffing, expenses and programmes.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Early Childhood / Education / Psychology / Community / Social Services or equivalent.
• WSQ Student Care Certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with primary school children; prior experience in a supervisory or leadership role will be an advantage.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with parents and students.
• Positive, energetic and passionate about children's growth and development.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
