To provide administrative and coordination support for the Operational Excellence team in driving process improvements, standard work initiatives, and performance tracking across the organization.

1.Administrative Support: Perform various administrative duties as needed to support the team, including project coordination, preparation of meeting decks, visual boards, trackers and project documents.

2.Content Creation: Craft, clear and persuasive, and engaging content to build a culture of excellence by creatively showcasing improvements (key learning points, examples of good practices, recognition).

3.Communication and Reporting: Capable of presenting insights and performance in a clear and actionable manner through dashboards, summaries, or reports.

1. Market Research Analysis: Gathers and analyzes industry trends and customer insights to inform operational priorities and strategic decisions.

5.Cross-functional Collaboration: Works effectively with teams across departments to support improvement initiatives and data collection.

1. Basic skills in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or PowerPoint to create marketing collaterals or visuals.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

6.Lean, Six-Sigma or quality systems certified (not mandatory)
